1: Q: "How long does it take for shipping?"
A: Products are ready to be shipped in 1-3 working days, some specific handmade items are ready to be shipped in 7-14 working days.
2: Q: "Do I need to pay extra tax?"
A: We have covered the VAT tax, so our customers won't be charged any extra tax. The custom duty might be required depending on the order amount and local policy of the buyer.
3: Q :"Can I make return or exchange?"
A: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you have the possibility of returning the products. We offer you 15 days of return from the day you receive your package. Please note that the product should be returned unused and with SOOK original labels. Products returned without labels or products that are not in the same condition as they were received, may risk depreciation.
As soon as we have processed your return, we will send a confirmation by e-mail, and we will refund the amount to the payment card you paid with. We will refund the full amount of the returned item(s), but not the original shipping costs, and you are responsible for the return cost of shipping.
We suggest customers to double check the size & style before purchase, our product photo are all true colors without filter.
You may also require us to send you detailed photo before your purchase.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
