1: P: "¿Cuánto tarda el envío?"

     R: Los productos están listos para enviarse en 1 a 3 días hábiles, algunos artículos específicos hechos a mano están listos para enviarse en 7 a 14 días hábiles.

2: P: "¿Tengo que pagar impuestos adicionales?"

    R: Hemos cubierto el IVA, por lo que a nuestros clientes no se les cobrará ningún impuesto adicional. Es posible que se requieran derechos de aduana según el monto del pedido y la política local del comprador.

3: P: "¿Puedo hacer una devolución o un cambio?"

   R: Si por cualquier motivo no estás satisfecho con tu compra tienes la posibilidad de devolver los productos. Te ofrecemos 15 días de devolución desde el día que recibes tu paquete. Tenga en cuenta que el producto debe devolverse sin usar y con las etiquetas originales de SOOK. Los productos devueltos sin etiquetas o los productos que no están en las mismas condiciones en que se recibieron, pueden correr el riesgo de depreciación.

Tan pronto como hayamos procesado su devolución, le enviaremos una confirmación por correo electrónico y le reembolsaremos el monto a la tarjeta de pago con la que pagó. Reembolsaremos el monto total de los artículos devueltos, pero no los costos de envío originales, y usted es responsable del costo de envío de la devolución.

Sugerimos a los clientes que verifiquen dos veces el tamaño y el estilo antes de comprar, la foto de nuestro producto tiene todos los colores reales sin filtro.

También puede solicitarnos que le enviemos una foto detallada antes de su compra.
