1 :  Q : "Combien de temps faut-il pour l'expédition ?"

     R : Les produits sont prêts à être expédiés en 1 à 3 jours ouvrés, certains articles spécifiques faits à la main sont prêts à être expédiés en 7 à 14 jours ouvrés.

2 : Q : "Dois-je payer une taxe supplémentaire ?"

    R : Nous avons couvert la TVA, nos clients ne seront donc pas facturés de taxe supplémentaire. Les droits de douane peuvent être exigés en fonction du montant de la commande et de la politique locale de l'acheteur.

3 : Q :"Puis-je faire un retour ou un échange ?"

   R : Si pour une raison quelconque vous n'êtes pas satisfait de votre achat, vous avez la possibilité de retourner les produits. Nous vous offrons 15 jours de retour à partir du jour où vous recevez votre colis. Veuillez noter que le produit doit être retourné inutilisé et avec les étiquettes d'origine SOOK. Les produits retournés sans étiquettes ou les produits qui ne sont pas dans le même état qu'ils ont été reçus risquent de se déprécier.

Dès que nous aurons traité votre retour, nous vous enverrons une confirmation par e-mail et nous vous rembourserons le montant sur la carte de paiement avec laquelle vous avez payé. Nous vous rembourserons le montant total du ou des articles retournés, mais pas les frais d'expédition d'origine, et vous êtes responsable des frais de retour de l'expédition.

Nous suggérons aux clients de vérifier la taille et le style avant l'achat, nos photos de produits sont toutes de vraies couleurs sans filtre.
