     R: I prodotti sono pronti per essere spediti in 1-3 giorni lavorativi, alcuni articoli fatti a mano specifici sono pronti per essere spediti in 7-14 giorni lavorativi.

I prodotti restituiti senza etichette o prodotti che non sono nelle stesse condizioni in cui sono stati ricevuti possono rischiare un deprezzamento.

Non appena avremo elaborato il tuo reso, invieremo una conferma via e-mail e rimborseremo l'importo sulla carta di pagamento con cui hai pagato. Rimborseremo l'intero importo degli articoli restituiti, ma non le spese di spedizione originali, e il costo della spedizione per la restituzione sarà a tuo carico.
