                                Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you have the possibility of returning the products. Under EU law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 15 days from the day you receive your order. To exercise this right, please notify us in writing within this period and email to : service@sookstainable.com

As soon as we have processed your return, we will send a confirmation by e-mail, and we will refund the amount to the payment card you paid with within 14 working days. Please note that in some cases (e.g. if the customer does not like the product or changes his/her mind), the customer will be required to pay for return shipping and transfer fees may also be deducted from the refund.

The product should be returned unused and with SOOK original labels. Products returned without labels or products that are not in the same condition as they were received, may risk depreciation.

These conditions we can accept return or exchange: 1> Quality problem  2> Received wrong item

We suggest customers to double check the size & design before purchase. Please note that we might reject the return request because customer didn't read the product description.
