Every piece is unique. Several days of work have gone into its handmade creation. Possible variations in colour or shape are linked to the material or the production of the piece.
In order to prolong the quality of "Zola" bag, we recommend protecting it from the rain, avoiding prolonged exposure to the sun and protecting leather pieces by waterproofing them.
When not using them, do not hesitate to fill your basket with balls of paper newspaper to help it retain its original shape and protect the baskets from sun and dust using a cotton bag.

Madagascar raffia, sourced from the leaves of the palmyra palm, is a sustainable material when harvested responsibly, with hand-pruning of juvenile leaves ensuring the tree's health and continued growth, and is biodegradable. Raffia can be dyed with natural dyes, which further reduces its environmental impact compared to chemical dyes. At the same time, raffia is a strong and durable material, making it a long-lasting choice for a variety of products. The raffia industry in Madagascar provides livelihoods for local artisans and communities.

Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you have the possibility of returning the products. Under EU law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 15 days from the day you receive your order. To exercise this right, please notify us in writing within this period and email to : service@sookstainable.com
As soon as we have processed your return, we will send a confirmation by e-mail, and we will refund the amount to the payment card you paid with within 14 working days. Please note that in some cases (e.g. if the customer does not like the product or changes his/her mind), the customer will be required to pay for return shipping and transfer fees may also be deducted from the refund.
The product should be returned unused and with SOOK original labels. Products returned without labels or products that are not in the same condition as they were received, may risk depreciation.
